Description

The regulator in the alternator, popularly known as the Aftamate, is the name of one of the most important parts of the alternator. The function of the aphthamat in the alternator is to control the electric current entering the armature. Because the amount of electrical power generated in the stator depends on the magnetic force of the armature, aphthamat directly affects the output power of the alternator by controlling the input current of the armature. In this way, the alternator afmatam always monitors the electrical output power of the alternator. Alternator regulators used to be made of relays and wire resistors and were called aphthamat, a name still used today for dynamo regulators. Today, various electronic components are used to make a regulator, or alternator aftamat, but they often have a transistor comparator circuit that is much more accurate and efficient than the relay system of the past.
